Capitol Hill’s oldest standing structure is currently being converted into 19 high end condominiums while maintaining its charming historical character.
All of the units in the Maples will receive white custom cabinetry, wide plank flooring, and waterworks plumbing fixtures. The building was once owned by Francis Scott Key and host to frequent visitor, George Washington. The developer is Altus Realty Partners. The project is currently under construction and is set to deliver in April 2015.
