- Mr. Moseley, a Marine Corps Veteran has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry with the last 8 years as a member of senior management with responsibilities involving the business, financial and marketing operations.
- Mr. Moseley’s project experience ranges from Base Building Construction, Stick Built Condominiums, Low, Mid, and High Rise Multi-Family Construction, Apartment Complex Renovations, Commercial and New Construction, Interior Renovations, Residential Renovations, and Environmental Management; including Lead Paint and Asbestos Abatement.
John R. Caldwell, Jr.
Vice-President
- 28 years in the construction industry with 24 years in project management, estimating and marketing.
- Extensive experience in estimating, including complete quantity take offs, hard bid, design/build, pre-construction & conceptual estimating and budgeting.
- Degreed in construction management & construction technology curriculums.
- Bid & managed projects as large as $92 million and as small as multiple projects (3 to 12) of $100,000.00.
- Traveled extensively bidding & building restaurants, hotels, commercial office buildings, retail & tenant spaces, condos and various multi-family residential.
Managed & directed construction departments and whole firms from 10 to 120 employees.
- Proficient in the preparation and application of presentations for marketing to clients and prospective customers for new projects.
- Computer Software literate with estimating & project management programs such as, Expedition, Timberline, Pro-Log, Primavera, MC2, and proficient in the utilization of digitizers and scanners.
